Hello! I hope you are all doing well! I decided to resurrect our very old blog to see if this will work the way I want it to work. In the past, TCS had us to use edublogs. Then they switched servers and we had a blog tied to the TCS website. Then a few years later, they switched again. I’ve been trying all semester to figure out what we needed to do to get a blog going again and I have decided we will use edublogs until that does not work anymore!

Here’s what you need to know.

I will write a blog post every Sunday and have it posted by 8 pm. (if something strange happens, it will be posted on Monday). The blog post will tell you all of the upcoming events and what we are studying that week. It will TAKE THE PLACE OF THE PAPER NEWSLETTER (unless you send a note requesting a printout due to computer issues, in which case, I will be happy to do that for you!) The blog will be the ONLY way you will get updates on class activities so it will be your responsibility to check it. I will also post a link on Facebook on the page “Jenne’s Kindergarten”. Be sure to like us if you have not already.

Let me know how this works for you! In the past, parents and grands have loved the blog because they could check from anywhere in the world! It also worked well for children who have parents in two households. Each parent can check the blog and see what they need to see. I hope you love it as much as I do!
